Laura earned a Bachelor’s in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Minnesota. After college, she worked as a designer selling furniture, window treatments, kitchen and bath designs, and drafting homes for clients.

Even though she was doing something she loved in interior design, and also a great mom to three kids, she realized she could do more. In 2021, she became a Licensed Realtor working for Home Key Real Estate.

Laura loves the opportunities real estate offers. Every day she helps people create the perfect spaces for their homes, but now she can help them find their perfect location as well!

Later in 2021, Laura bought an investment property in a resort on the river. Using her interior design knowledge she renovated the property and rented it out short-term for almost two years. Then she decided it was time for a new project, and sold her property so she could buy a bigger house and turn it into a duplex for long-term renters.
